Our final presentations for 2007 concentrated on the main developments in the property market during the year and the outlook for the future. We also covered the fiscal and legal aspects important to property buyers. Once again, we were delighted that the Romanian Embassy's trade commissioner Ion Cernivcean added his valuable comments. 25 April 2007, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry The Romanian property market entered 2007 on a strong growth trend, boosted by full EU membership from 1 January 2007. At this event, we presented the latest developments and facts to a full house of almost 100 people.
