Our presentations for 2008 attracted some of the highest calibre investors we have yet seen at these events. We concentrated on explaining the rigour that goes into every aspect of our work, from identifying promising developments to evaluating the local economy in order to gauge realistic and sustainable rental levels.

We also covered the fiscal and legal aspects important to property buyers. Once again, we were delighted that the Romanian Embassy's trade commissioner Ion Cernivcean added his valuable comments.
