“We were very apprehensive when purchasing our first overseas property and
more so when buying in Romania, as we knew little of the country apart from
information we have gained through research and the Internet. We gathered
information about a few properties in Romania from several companies, one of
them being ARD.
I contacted Ramona at ARD on several occasions and had some long in depth
conversations about the country and property in general - I was impressed
because although we had been given details of properties for sale by ARD, I
was never given 'the hard sell' during these conversations, just honest and
open advice.
After visiting the country and deciding to buy from Anglo Romanian
Development, we have received help and support at every step. We did try to
do some of the steps ourselves only to find out later that if we had told

“I have recently purchased an apartment in Bucharest through Anglo-Romanian development. Throughout this process I found ARD and it’s staff to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and offering an exceptional level of service.
I first visited Romania when I signed up to a viewing trip with a very well
promoted property investment company, which although was very impressive I really did feel like just another potential client to be sold to. While I am sure that their properties will be a good investment, it was apparent that their strategy was focused on buying into very large developments, which they could quickly sell on to international investors, rather than finding the properties which offered the greatest return on investment.
